We’re here to offer mutual support and encouragement in the areas of leadership mentoring, creating fellowship opportunities, ministry collaboration, and scholarships for Asian North American clergy and ministry leaders within the Evangelical Covenant Church. While our name is Covenant Asian Pastors Association, we invite all clergy and ministry leaders who serve in the ECC.

We connect and support CAPA through:

  • CAPA Dinner & After Party @ Midwinter

  • CAPA Retreat @ Gather Annual Meeting

  • Soul Care Initiatives and more…

We also strategically partner with the ECC to impact and assist the wider denomination in embodying a more multiethnic and diverse body in accordance with the Six-fold Test through:

  • Participation on the Mosaic Commission, Ministerium Exec Committee, etc.

  • Scholarships for Covenant Orientation & Events

  • Nominating CAPA members for ECC boards, committees & key priorities and more…
